The Role

As a Client Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing partner relationships and ensuring operational excellence across multiple campaigns. You'll act as the bridge between clients, publishers, and internal teams—ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with agreed service levels.

You will:

  • Oversee standard processes with publishing partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and best practice support to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure partners have access to accurate and timely information, including performance reporting, merchant approvals, and project updates.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors to manage clients, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Analyse trends and performance data to drive continuous programme improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and resources for partners and internal teams.

About You

You have a strong sense of integrity, curiosity, and commercial awareness, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in Data Led Services, Digital Media, or Marketing Solutions—ideally within a regulated, digital, or marketing environment.
  • Proven client management skills—capable of improving partnership performance and fostering trusted, profitable relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and simplify complex information.
  • A collaborative mindset—comfortable working across functions to deliver projects and support merchant adoption.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.

Why Join

You'll be part of a forward-thinking adtech company transforming how brands connect with audiences through data-driven insights and personalised digital experiences. This role offers genuine growth potential, professional development, and the opportunity to make an impact in a rapidly evolving sector.
