About The Role
Teach Now are recruiting for an enthusiastic and organised School Administrator to join a thriving secondary school in Brent. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school day-to-day — working closely with senior leaders, teachers, and support staff to help the school continue its legacy of excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support across exams, cover, and careers.
  • Assist in coordinating exam timetables, student entries, and invigilation.
  • Manage daily cover arrangements, ensuring smooth classroom operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as a go-to person for staff and students, supporting school-wide communication.
  • Contribute to a positive, organised, and proactive school office environment.
