Location: Herne Bay, CT6

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a proactive, driven and successful Lettings Manager with several years' experience?

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about lettings legislation, hardworking, motivated to exceed targets, and confident in building strong relationships with clients. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets
  • Overseeing the full lettings process from valuation to tenancy management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Driving business growth and increasing market share
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maintaining compliance with lettings legislation
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to team members
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for expansion 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential lettings
  • Strong understanding of the lettings process
  • ARLA qualification beneficial
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
  • High level of customer service focus
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed performance targets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Knowledge of the Herne Bay area advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
