SAFE Ltd – Associate Role (Health Background)

Self-Employed / Freelance Position

SAFE Ltd is strengthening the resilience of our existing associate cohort and expanding capacity to meet growing demand. We are therefore seeking associates with experience of working within the
health sector
 to join our national safeguarding team.

This role supports both our current delivery commitments and SAFE's ongoing growth as we expand our accredited safeguarding training and consultancy provision.

About the Role:

This is a self-employed associate opportunity.

Associates deliver SAFE's accredited safeguarding training and may support additional consultancy where appropriate. Delivery may be:

  • Virtual via Zoom, and/or
  • In-person, depending on client needs.

All associates work from SAFE's Visme based training materials, workbooks, and structured lesson notes.

Who We Are Looking For:

We invite expressions of interest from individuals who:

  • Have experience of working within the health sector (any setting)
  • Have completed safeguarding training relevant to their health role
  • Are conversant with both the Adult and Child Intercollegiate Documents and understand their relevance to healthcare safeguarding competencies
  • Understand safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, and multi-agency working
  • Are confident delivering training to varied professional audiences
  • Have competent IT skills and can deliver confidently via Zoom
  • Demonstrate professional curiosity, reflective practice, and sound professional judgement
  • Can support SAFE's resilience and growth through flexible freelance availability
  • Share SAFE's ethos of quality, integrity, and evidence-based practice
