About the Opportunity

This is not your typical property role. Our client is seeking a
Senior Associate level solicitor (5-8 years PQE)
who wants more than just a job—they want a genuine stake in their future. With a
20% fee share on billings
, your hard work directly translates into financial reward, whilst the structured pathway to Directorship means you'll be building a long-term career, not just filling a position.

You'll handle a diverse and high-quality caseload spanning both commercial and residential property matters, working with established clients whilst having the autonomy to develop your own practice area and client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Property Work:

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial properties
• Commercial lease negotiations for landlords and tenants
• Property finance transactions and refinancing matters
• Development agreements and option agreements
• Portfolio management for commercial clients

Residential Property Work:

• High-value residential conveyancing transactions
• Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
• New build developments and off-plan purchases
• Buy-to-let portfolio acquisitions
• Residential landlord and tenant matters

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• 5-8 years PQE
  in commercial and residential property law
• Qualified Solicitor
  in England & Wales
• Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across both commercial and residential property transactions
• Excellent client care skills with demonstrable experience building client relationships
• Commercial awareness and business development mindset
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with property development matters
• Established client following or demonstrable track record in business development
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals or commercial clients
• Knowledge of property finance and secured lending
