The role — what you'll do

Run your section with pride, preparing and cooking dishes to spec, fast and clean.

  • Manage mise en place and prep before service; ensure your station is always ready.
  • Follow recipes and plating standards exactly; communicate with the pass for smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, FIFO and allergen protocols; record temperatures and labels.
  • Support other sections and the kitchen brigade when needed.

  • Strong organisational skills, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep calm and work quickly under pressure.
