Summary

Soi Mama is a new fast, modern Thai diner inspired by Bangkok's Chinatown. We serve bold Thai dishes, cocktails, and a fast-paced dining experience where food lands as it's ready, Bangkok-style.

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead the floor, develop the team, and keep service smooth across two floors.

Job Summary

You will run the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading the team through service and ensuring every guest gets fast, warm, confident hospitality.

You'll own the flow of the room, maintain standards, uphold training, and work closely with the kitchen to keep Soi Mama running tight.

What you'll do

Deliver service excellence through

  • Driving the Soi Mama Service Flow.
  • Ensure accuracy: no wrong dishes, no missed checkbacks.
  • Coach the team on menu knowledge.
  • Handle guest issues with calm, clarity, and fairness.

Make sure everything runs smoothly

  • Oversee floor setup, cleanliness and hygiene procedures
  • Maintain stock levels for drinks, menus, cutlery, and service items

We're looking for somebody who is or has

  • Experience managing a fast casual restaurant
  • A confident leader looking for a hands-on role
  • Strong belief in hospitality
  • Ability to train staff and maintain high standards
  • Has an interest in Thai food and culture
