The Opportunity

You'll work at the intersection of software engineering and business strategy, delivering innovative, high-performance systems that make a measurable difference. From day one, you'll be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and shape the technical direction of a fast-growing, high-calibre team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of technical products and end-to-end delivery.
  • Partnering with business users to understand true needs beyond the written requirements.
  • Challenging existing systems and processes to drive innovation and performance.
  • Staying ahead of technology trends and bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code and delivering solutions that scale.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional programming ability in C#/.NET, or other OO languages such as Java or Python.
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with Azure or AWS.
  • A problem-solver with intellectual curiosity, creativity, and commercial awareness.
  • Confident communicator - able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, and accountable.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science (or closely related field) from a Russell Group University - this is a strict requirement.
  • Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
