Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Position: Permanent, Part-Time

Worth Recruiting is working with a respected independent estate agency with offices across Wiltshire and Devon. Based in Chippenham, our client has a growing lettings portfolio and is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to take on a varied, client-facing role with flexible working hours. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a portfolio of local residential rental properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulations
  • Handling tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and check-outs
  • Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
  • Keeping accurate records and updating management systems 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Prior experience in residential property management
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Smart, professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Chippenham and surrounding areas is a plus
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • A professional, committed approach to property lettings
