We are looking for a Head of Procurement for a growing food FMCG Business to join them.

This is a key senior leadership position, responsible for driving our global procurement strategy. You'll lead sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost management, and sustainability initiatives to ensure they deliver high-quality, responsible, and innovative solutions to for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global procurement strategy
  • Lead supplier relationship management and negotiate strategic agreements.
  • Drive innovation and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week
