Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Middlesbrough for an English Teacher. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of individual students or small groups. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, fostering a love for learning, evaluating students' progress, and collaborating with parents to support students' academic growth. The teacher will be expected to provide personalized instruction, maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment, and contribute to the academic success of every learner.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in English Teaching and Education
  • Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working with children across different age groups
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCS/QTS)
  • Passion for empowering students and inspiring a love for learning
  • Familiarity with curriculum frameworks such as KS1-GCSE
