The role

We are a forward thinking, progressive, innovative healthcare charity, providing exceptional respite holidays for people with neurological conditions.

Working as a key member of a multi-disciplinary care team, you'll provide person-centred care to guests supporting them with daily activities including personal care.

You'll also play a big part in the social activities and outings that make holidays at Leuchie House so special.

Salary and benefits

  • Excellent salary of £13.00 to £13.39 per hour (dep. on experience)

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Preferred due to our remote location)
  • No experience necessary (fully funded training provided)
  • Good communication skills
  • Caring and compassionate
  • Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
  • Completion of a satisfactory Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check

Hours

  • Shifts are a mix of early (7:30am - 3pm), late (2:30pm - 10pm) and an occasional night shift across an 11-night rota with every other weekend off.
