Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and certified
    ServiceNow Application Architect
    to join our team in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.
  • The ideal candidate will have a
    UK passport
    and possess deep technical expertise in designing and implementing solutions across one or more key ServiceNow product areas:
    CSDM, ITOM, CSM, and S2P
    .
  • This role requires strong architectural design skills, hands-on development capability, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
  • Client interviews are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design:
    Design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership:
    Act as a subject matter expert for specified ServiceNow modules (CSDM, ITOM, CSM, S2P), providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Implementation & Development:
    Lead and participate in the hands-on configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow applications, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflow/flow designer, integrations (MID Server, REST/SOAP), and data model management.
  • Strategy & Roadmap:
    Contribute to the overall ServiceNow strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for platform optimization, expansion, and adoption.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate effectively with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certification(s):
    Current and relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or specific module certifications).
  • Extensive ServiceNow Experience:
    Proven experience as a developer and/or architect on the ServiceNow platform, delivering large-scale, enterprise solutions.
  • Deep Module Expertise:
    Mandatory practical experience and expertise in one or more
    of the following ServiceNow domains:
  • CSDM (Common Service Data Model):
    Deep understanding of the CSDM framework, design, implementation, and governance.

Requirements:

  • UK Passport is mandatory
    for client requirements.
  • Willingness to work in a
    Hybrid
    model from the London, UK location.
