Foster with Slough is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in safeguarding children and supporting foster carers to provide stable, nurturing homes for some of our most vulnerable young people.

This role is central to our Resilient Fostering Programme, which aims to provide therapeutic placements for children and young people with complex needs, including those stepping down from residential care or at risk of entering it.

We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week based in the office.
