The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Elmswell team. This is an integral role to us where you will be supporting the branch to manage and support the credit control accounts relationships of approx. 600 active customer accounts.
- Minimise over 60 days debt by effectively managing collection activity and account issues.
- Processing payments from customers, including cheque and credit card payments.
- Data entry and accurate CRM record keeping.
- Dealing with customer enquiries/disputes and liaise with the sales team and branches to resolve issues.
- Bonus structure up to £3k per year, paid quarterly.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holiday.
