Marketing Growth Driver

Romsey, Hampshire, United Kingdom Complete Full time

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially curious, digitally sharp marketer to take the wheel of our sales engine. Nurturing warm leads into meaningful conversations and guiding them seamlessly through the Middle of Funnel (MOFU) towards conversion. To begin with, you'll also drive Top of Funnel (TOFU) activity using our established demand generation engine, helping us build the rhythm, process, and systems that generate predictable, scalable engagement.

This isn't about "selling." It's about creating buyability, building value led conversations, content, and workflows that build trust over time. You'll be the one who turns awareness into genuine interest and interest into enduring relationships.

What You'll Do

Build and Own the Funnel

  • Design and deliver TOFU and MOFU campaigns that turn curiosity into conversion through meaningful engagement, not pushy sales tactics.
  • Build and refine automated HubSpot nurturing workflows.
  • Own lead scoring and lifecycle stages in HubSpot, ensuring seamless handover to sales and visibility across the funnel.
  • Set up and optimise smart lists, sequences, and lead segmentation to ensure prospects get exactly the right message at the right time.
  • Develop and manage campaign dashboards in HubSpot for full-funnel performance reporting.
  • Manage CRM hygiene — ensuring every contact, deal, and workflow is accurate, timely, and actionable.

Create Buyability

  • Write and schedule thoughtful nurture emails that educate and delight.
  • Collaborate with our content and leadership teams to craft insight-driven thought leadership aligned to customer challenges.
  • Map out the customer journey in HubSpot, ensuring automation enhances human connection.
  • Test, measure, and iterate on messaging, cadence, and workflows for constant improvement.

Contribute to the Engine

  • Work with our client-facing Senior Practitioner team to continually refine qualification criteria and the sales nurturing process.
  • Participate in shaping campaign strategy and sales process — ensuring TOFU and MOFU activity feeds a sustainable, relationship-driven engine.
  • Contribute to the development of our sales culture, where sales and marketing align around value, empathy, and genuine interest.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in marketing automation, CRM, or demand generation (Hubspot experience essential).
  • Proven ability to
build and manage end-to-end Hubspot workflows
    — including email nurture sequences, deal pipelines, smart content, and scoring models.
  • Competent in
Hubspot reporting, dashboards, and custom analytics
to track funnel conversion and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent our brand clearly and engage confidently with clients of a senior executive level
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to read data, test ideas, provide insight-driven recommendations and act decisively.
  • Comfortable working across marketing and sales functions, translating engagement into opportunity.
  • Confident managing top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel activity, nurturing leads, and supporting progression through the sales funnel
  • Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and profile management, messaging, community engagement, and relationship building
  • Curious, commercially minded, and motivated to contribute to business growth
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and take initiative

About You

You're a relationship builder who understands that sustainable growth comes from trust, consistency, and meaningful communication.  You have the precision of an operator and the curiosity of a strategist. You're hands-on, proactive, and excited to
evolve the system
that will enable scale.

What we Offer

We offer a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and professional development, including:

  • Flexible working – option to work from home 1-2 days per week after probation
  • Health insurance cover subject to a qualifying period
