SunSystems Specialist

3-6 month FTC

£60,000 pro-rata

London (hybrid)

SystemsAccountants are currently working with an organisation to source an Infor SunSystems Specialist to assist in supporting, maintaining and developing their finance systems on an interim basis.

Role Responsibilities

  • Configuration of accounts within Infor SunSystems and ensuring all configuration changes adhere to best-practice financial controls
  • Assist with account reconciliations prior to balance transfers
  • Coordinating integrations with 3rd party systems
  • Update, create and rebuild Infor Q&A reports
  • Providing comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows and and controls
  • Delivering training and support to end-users of SunSystems
  • Providing support for SunSystem updates

Role Requirements

  • Experience with SunSystems 6.4, including familiarity with the maintenance of static data, business unit administration, ledger setup, Transfer Desk operations, business rule configuration, user set-up and user rights management.
  • Previous track record analysing and evaluating finance systems to identify improvements and efficiencies
  • Familiarity with API and data integration tools
  • Strong transactional accounting knowledge with Accountancy qualifications preferred
  • Previous experience migrating from on-premise Infor Sun to SunSystems Cloud Suite beneficial
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements, and experience working with SOX-compliant frameworks
