About The Role

We are recruiting for the newly created role of Salesforce System Analyst to join our Strategic Initiatives and Governance team.

The post holder will be our data and systems expert for our newly implemented Salesforce system, providing a crucial link between programme teams, central services and cross-functional stakeholders.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for managing the systems processes, analysing and optimising the data that informs the organisation of the difference we make to the people we support
  • Work closely with programme teams and central services to deliver accurate reporting and provide insights that shape the organisation
  • Produce reporting to support programme teams within insights to performance, efficiency, and adoption of the Salesforce CRM system
  • Collaborate across the organisation to align data and processes
  • Be the system expert, providing support into how the CRM is designed, best practise and process guides
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, including relevant training

To be our system expert, you will be able to demonstrate experience as a Salesforce System Analyst or similar role, and you will be a detail driven, data and systems specialist with proven experience in reporting, analysis and Salesforce administration.

You will also be an excellent communicator and influencer with the skills to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

It is expected that this role will be office based 3 days minimum per week.

What you can expect from us...

  • Your normal working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Your usual place of work will be 15 Dava Street, Glasgow, G51 2JA
  • Annual leave entitlement of 210 hours (equivalent to 6 weeks) pro rata per year in the first year rising to 280 hours (equivalent to 8 weeks) pro rata per year in the second.
  • You will be automatically enrolled into the People's Pension in the month that you will complete 3-months of employment, provided you meet the auto-enrolment criteria
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Option to purchase and sell annual leave
