We're on the lookout for an ambitious Project Coordinator to join an award-winning creative experiences agency that thrives on making people happy – our clients, our partners and our staff.

Working with our project managers you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the event management process to ensure that projects are executed and delivered as creatively and accurately as possible from concept to onsite delivery.

The role

  • Plan, organize, promote, and coordinate event logistics and admin
  • Create and manage event registration sites and delegate communication
  • Act as main contact for delegates, suppliers, and venues
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking
  • Maintain project timelines, event files, and communication updates
  • Attend client meetings and travel on-site when required
  • Suggest creative improvements to event planning and delivery processes

  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure - makes sound decisions in fast- paced environments
  • Customer-focused with a strong work ethic - committed to quality service and high- performance standards
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

This is a permanent role based at the rather lovely XSEM HQ in Holbeck Leeds, with the option of hybrid working (3 days minimum in the office) and flexible working hours (so you can be a Superhero at home as well as in the office).
