Marketing Director

Are you an experienced B2B marketing leader ready to take ownership of high-profile global campaigns? We're seeking a commercially minded Marketing Director to shape and deliver strategy across a flagship portfolio of events. This is a fantastic chance to play a pivotal role in audience growth, exhibitor engagement, and brand visibility, while leading and developing a talented team.

In this role, you'll work closely with sales, content, and operations to ensure campaigns hit targets and deliver strong ROI. You'll bring creativity, data-driven insight, and proven experience of running large-scale B2B event marketing to drive results.

Key responsibilities:


• Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring campaign delivery and performance targets are met


• Develop and oversee integrated global marketing strategies across multiple channels


• Drive visitor acquisition, exhibitor promotion, and audience engagement to exceed KPIs


• Collaborate with commercial and event directors to align marketing and sales strategies


• Analyse performance data, track ROI, and adapt campaigns to maximise results

The ideal candidate will have:


• 8+ years' experience in B2B event marketing, with a track record of delivering growth


• Proven success leading and managing a marketing team


• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align marketing strategy with revenue goals


• A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with excellent communication skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
