Hydraulic and Engineering Services Ltd is a versatile engineering company specialising in the repair, supply and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and associated hydraulic equipment relating to machinery, mobile plant, cranes and marine.
We are a privately owned company with over 30 years of experience in the industry; we currently employ 35 employees across the range of disciplines we operate in.
We are looking to employ Storeman/Spayer to assist with Stores and Spray painting.
The person we are looking for should be able to add quality to our team; they will be able to work well on their own initiative and as part of a team.
The Role:
Storeman
Assisting to maintain stores for the factory (inc: steel deck, seals, filters, valves, pumps) etc
Operate Steel deck, cutting steel material requirements for re-sale and workshop
Picking Seal kits and stores for the workshop and re-sale
Keeping up-to-date stock records inc: box checks and computer price list
Maintain stock order levels, liaising with Supervisor re: order requirement.
Ensure stock rotation and stock control procedures
Other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the position as agreed
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
Spray painting
Spraying products to a satisfactory finish.
We are looking for someone with a key eye for detail
Training will be given on the use of our spray-painting equipment.
General Housekeeping duties for the spray area

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
