We are seeking a self employed Site Supervisor
This is a hands on role overseeing industrial concrete flooring projects nationwide. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality standards, managing a small team, and liaising with site managers to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a small team on site
Liaise with site managers and contractors to ensure smooth operations
Carry out day to day quality assurance checks
Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
Complete site paperwork using digital tools and technology

Requirements
Proven experience supervising a team
Previous experience in the industrial concrete flooring industry
Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer / Blue Skilled Worker / Gold Supervisor)
Full UK Driving Licence
Computer literate (comfortable with digital paperwork systems)

Additional Information
Working hours will vary depending on project needs
Working away from home will be required due to sites being spread across the UK
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: From £150.00 per day
