Role & Responsibilities
- Ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and the lead times set.
- Understanding product availability and ensuring customers are fully informed at every stage of the order process.
- Release of orders to the warehouse for picking.
- Making sure relevant systems are updated with customer details and information is captured correctly and accurately.
- Attending customer queries.
- Investigating any discrepancies with order deliveries or invoice issues whilst communicating with our customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Liaising with Warehouse Manager.
- Working with the sales team to proactively support any potential sales leads.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, must be excellent.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities.
- IT literate.
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
- Ability to sell and upsell.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Personal Attributes
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
