Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and cook menu items with precision and creativity.
  • Manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
  • Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully before serving.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
