We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team in the heart of the city. This role is crucial in upholding our commitment to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every dish served reflects our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Prepare and cook menu items with precision and creativity.
• Manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
• Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully before serving.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
