Finance Assistant

The Role
As the Finance Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. You'll work closely with management and external accountants to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all finance processes.
Your duties will include:
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintaining accurate records of fees and accounts
- Assisting with payroll and staff expenses
- Reconciling bank statements and petty cash
- Preparing and updating financial reports
- Liaising with suppliers and families regarding billing and payments
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial procedures
About You
You'll be a team player with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to your work.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts, or bookkeeping
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage)
- A discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
