We are now looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Sommelier to join our team and elevate our beverage programme with expertise, charisma, and impeccable service.

Your Role:

  • Bring previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar high-end restaurant or luxury hotel role.
  • Have extensive knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, and service techniques.
  • Be confident in recommending and discussing wines to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to elevate food and wine pairings.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
