As one of our Sous Chef, you could earn in the region £43,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to £37,500 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £4.5k - £7.5k per annum
  • Bonus: Up to £2.5k annual bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required
