You'll be joining our Commercial Digital team, a key part of our business that shapes the online experience for millions of customers. This team ensures our digital platforms are reliable, scalable, and innovative—helping us deliver seamless journeys from booking to boarding.
What You'll Do- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and outcomes for the & App Platform tribe.
- Lead up to seven squads, ensuring delivery of objectives on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- Own the product backlog and prioritisation process, working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Collaborate with technology leads to create modular, scalable solutions that meet performance and accessibility standards.
- Monitor and report on tribe performance, including product and technology metrics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and external partners.
- Champion agile ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Please note, occasional travel will be required.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS) and microservice architecture (e.g., React).
- Ability to manage software development from prioritisation through to release.
- Commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to developing your team.
- Strong background of delivering technical and commercial outcomes in a complex organisation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud management systems, full-stack development, and agile methodologies is essential.
- Knowledge of digital optimisation tools and frameworks.
- Airline or travel industry experience would be advantageous.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred, however we would consider someone with a strong technical background, who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
Please note, due to the festive period screening will take place week commencing 22nd December, and all interviews will be scheduled for the New Year.
