THE ROLE
Scope/Workstream: Tech, Strategy & Innovation
Overview
We're on the search for a Technical Project Director / Programme Director to join the Tech, Strategy & Innovation Team, dedicated to helping our luxury automotive client transform their customer experience through scalable, future faced technology.

This is an important role within the team, supporting multiple Martech projects, ensuring strong project management practices, clear communication, and a focus on delivering value for both the client and the agency.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee several Martech workstreams, establishing and maintaining project plans, timelines, critical paths, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Actively monitor and manage project scope and budgets, adjusting plans and resource needs as requirements change.
  • Support key clients in optimising their ways of working.
  • Lead and prepare for key meetings, ensuring efficiency, capturing actions, and maintaining project momentum.
  • Keep project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) up to date and run weekly stand-ups.
  • Own project status reporting, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner and Principal Tech Strategy Partner to optimise ways of working in alignment with client and stakeholder needs.
  • Connect with resourcing team to ensure the right expertise is available when needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date, version-controlled project documentation in central repositories.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • You'll be working on cutting-edge, customer-centric digital and Martech projects for a luxury brand.
  • The environment is fast-paced and agency-driven, requiring adaptability and resilience.
  • There's a strong focus on both people (team collaboration, client management) and process (tools, reporting, documentation).
  • You'll have autonomy but also support from a Managing Partner and a multi-skilled team

Required Skills

  • Experienced Technical Project Director / Programme Director with a track record in martech, digital transformation and technical project delivery.
  • Comfortable with data and reporting.
  • Experience working with large global brands, and the ability to flex between global and local perspectives.
  • Self-starter: proactive, able to drive projects forward, prioritize effectively, spot and implement operational improvements, focus on solutions and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills: scoping, scheduling, team coordination, resource planning, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in client-facing situations, with strong expectation management skill
