Position: BMS Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BMS Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The BMS Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' building management systems. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various components of the BMS, as well as conducting regular system checks and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of building management systems for clients

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with BMS components

- Perform system updates and upgrades as needed

- Conduct system checks and inspections to ensure optimal performance

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

- Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain their BMS

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new BMS solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in BMS technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building management systems or a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of BMS components and systems

- Proficient in programming and troubleshooting BMS software and hardware

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
