What You'll Do
As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering the client service strategy. You will be responsible for maximising Tax Service revenues while ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day duties will involve managing client satisfaction, engaging with the Tax Client Services team, and leading operational efforts within your jurisdiction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence the design and implementation of technology-based solutions that drive exceptional client service.

• Build, lead and manage a strong, engaged and growing Tax Services team
• Be accountable for the jurisdictional P&L for the Tax Services team
• Assist in the development of a jurisdictional growth strategy for our UK Tax Services team
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new services and operating models
• Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to position the company as an industry leader
• Ensure effective use of client relationship management systems to maximise client satisfaction
• Provide active contribution to Group wide strategic initiatives and objectives
