As an
Account Manager
, you'll act as the voice of our clients within Fifosys, championing their needs and positioning us as a trusted advisor. This is a dynamic role blending client relationship management, technical consultation, and strategic planning to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement (on-site and virtual).
  • Technical Consultation:
    Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions with our expert pre-sales team.
  • Revenue & Contract Management:
    Drive renewals, identify growth opportunities, and protect recurring revenue streams.
  • Compliance Support:
    Assist clients with Cyber Essentials and GDPR compliance.
  • Service Improvement:
    Mediate feedback between clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Business Development:
    Identify new opportunities and consult with prospective clients.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
    Work with our marketing team on client campaigns and communications.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in
Account Management within an IT MSP environment

Strong communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with IT systems and managed services

Proactive, client-focused mindset with a track record of success

Numerate and confident discussing pricing and financial data
