Due to ongoing growth in trade, we require additional breakfast/Brunch chefs to join our current team. You must also be available for 2 evening shifts per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare breakfast/Brunch/Lunch dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
  • Manage inventory and stock for ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organised station
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Develop new breakfast menu items and specials
  • Train and supervise junior breakfast staff
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour at all times
  • Collaborate with other chefs and management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a breakfast chef or line cook
  • Knowledge of various breakfast cooking techniques and recipes
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
