Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills, experience working with KPIs and budgets and the ability to build outstanding relationships with customers and clients in a fast-paced environment?
If so, you've got the skills to be considered for our position of Service Manager for our contract with Royal Holloway, University of London in Egham (Surrey):
The Job:
- Job title: Service Manager.
- Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Salary package: £45,000 to £47,600 p.a. DOE plus commission (OTE between £3,000 and £6,000 p.a.).
- The contract: Set in 135 acres of hilly parkland and named one of the most beautiful campuses in the world you will be looking after the on-campus residences for students. You will look after a team of around 50 cleaners, 2 Site Supervisor, a Deputy Service Manager and around 100 seasonal cleaners for the busy conferencing period every summer.
As our Service Manager / Housekeeping Manager at Royal Holloway, University of London, you'll find we are not just your average cleaning company.
