About the Role
As a Project Controls Administrator, you will provide accurate, efficient, and proactive administrative support across the Project Controls, Commercial, and Estimating teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that project information, documentation, and reporting processes are maintained to a high standard, supporting the delivery of successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports (e.g., Readiness Reviews, Site Starts, Variance Reports).
- Gather and compile information to support programme updates.
- Complete minor ad hoc updates to project programmes.
- Maintain corporate systems with accurate programme data.
- File updated programmes in accordance with company document control and baseline processes.
- Track and follow up on overdue client responses regarding programme acceptance.
- Organise key planning and coordination meetings, including minute-taking and distribution.
Provide general administrative support to the Project Controls team.
Provide administrative support to the commercial team as required.
Support document management and filing systems, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Completer-finisher with strong reliability and flexibility.
Desirable
- Effective team player with honesty and integrity.
- Strong communicator across all mediums.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive.
Experience in taking and producing meeting minutes.
