The Role
Caravan is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven
Accounts Assistant
to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations of a busy hospitality group, helping us keep everything running smoothly while contributing to a purpose-driven, people-focused business.

What You'll Do
As an Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for supplier and customer finance queries
  • Accurately processing purchase invoices from our suppliers
  • Posting and reconciling bank transactions using our accounting system
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting the wider finance team with month-end tasks
  • Assisting with general finance administration and ad-hoc duties
