Concierge/Receptionist

JOB TITLE: Concierge

LOCATION: 5300 Lakeside, Cheadle

REPORTING TO: Commercial & Lettings Manager

HOURS OF WORK: 30hrs. 8.30am-3pm (30min lunch break). Monday - Friday. No weekends required.

Sterling Properties is a residential and commercial property management company which has been established for more than 25 years and with over 2000 residential and commercial properties in our portfolio a rent roll of £10 million+ per annum.

We are also the company behind the hugely successful Thrive Office Space brand launched in 2016, providing modern serviced office space throughout the Northwest including Widnes, Farnworth, Wigan and Blackpool. Over the next 5 years, the company will be investing a further £20 million into hubs across the Northwest as our portfolio continues to grow

5300 Lakeside opened in 2019 and is our larger serviced office building, incorporating 90 serviced office suites, meeting room and bright modern break out facilities. Highfield House is our smaller Business Centre located on the same Business Park with 13 suites. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Concierge who is enthusiastic and highly motivated with a passion for looking after our offices and our valued tenants.

The Role

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and display their organisational skills for a busy and varied role.

Duties will involve:

· Working on Reception, meeting and greeting tenants and visitors

· Managing meeting room bookings and payments

· Carrying out viewings on vacant office suites

· Handling inbound calls

· Supporting tenants as needed

· Providing admin support

· Carrying out Compliance checks

· Organising events to assist with our social media postings

· Supporting the management team as needed

· Dealing with post and deliveries

· Ensuring the smooth daily running of both buildings

· Customer service
