We're now looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bricklayer to join our Property Services team on a permanent basis. If you're reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality masonry work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

As a Bricklayer within our Property Services team, you'll carry out a wide range of building maintenance tasks to keep our properties in excellent condition. Your daily work will include laying bricks and blocks, repointing existing brickwork, and completing groundworks such as flagging. You'll also identify and rectify damp and mould issues, check the fabric of buildings for wear and damage, and undertake repairs such as pointing up ridges and verges and installing air bricks to improve ventilation. Working closely with other trades, you'll ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and secure site.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Full U.K Driving Licence
• Recognised Trade Qualification (NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds) or time served.
• Proven experience in bricklaying and general masonry work.
• Ability to carry out pointing, groundworks (including flagging), and building fabric checks.
• Knowledge of damp and mould identification and rectification.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
