The Role:

The Team Leader will lead a team of Work-Based Tutors delivering apprenticeship support across a range of programmes. This role ensures high-quality learner and employer engagement, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and continuous improvement of the apprentice experience. The Team Leader will act as a key liaison between tutors, academic teams, and employers, fostering collaboration and excellence in delivery.

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.

The interviews are currently anticipated to be held week commencing 01 December 2025.
