What to expect
The Mails Programme Manager is a senior member of the Transformation team, role always modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Mails Programme Manager will lead on portfolios of change activity by leadings and delivering initiatives by overseeing the programme from end to end. They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business, Customers and Partners.

What you'll need to succeed
• Strong leadership skills and experience in driving forward programme change
• Experience leading deployments or rollouts
• Previous experience within logistics, parcels or mail essential.
• Ability to deal with significant levels of business complexity
• A business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business acumen
• Ability to deal with financial complexity
• Experience in delivery of complex business focused change portfolio and programme management
• Cost efficiency and income generation programmes
