The Merchandising Admin Assistant supports the Product function with Purchase Order Management and Data. They are responsible for actioning range decisions across systems and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage Purchase Order and approval process
  • Review Stock Intake against plans
  • Provide weekly stock availability reporting
  • Support Monday trade reporting
  • Being keepers of data accuracy across systems

Role Experience Required:

  • Passionate about a career in merchandising
  • Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail
  • Experience of being part of a team
  • Some retail or administrative experiences
