About us:

We are a Curiosity Approach Accredited centre based on the outskirts of

Eastbourne Town Centre. We are open Monday to Friday; 7:30am-6pm, all year

round. We are a large setting made up of 6 groups; Our under 2's are broken down

into 2 age groups of 0-18m, and 18m-2, we have two 2–3-year-old groups and 2 Pre-

school Groups. We have large outside spaces, and we have a strong belief that

children should be outside learning in nature as much as possible, which is why our

pre-school children are based in the outside. They have a lovely cosy yurt and 2

spacious log cabins alongside their large garden spaces to explore in everyday.

So where do you fit in?

We are looking for a team leader to join our ever-developing nursery. With

a Curiosity Approach Ambassador as the owner of our setting, you will have the

opportunity to learn a lot more about our approach to learning.

How much will I be paid?

Your basic salary will be £36,346 which is based on a 38.5 hour week. In

addition to this we also pay you extra to attend staff meetings, and other statutory

trainings that you may do. We also carry out open mornings throughout our year

that you can attend and get paid time and a half, giving you that little bit of extra

income.
