Job description:

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), to support our pupils at the company's bespoke SEMH primary school located in Eastry, near Sandwich, Kent.

The successful candidate will support pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. You will be joining an established team of professionals including Teachers, LSA's, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo), and a Speech and Language Therapist (SALT).

Qualifications:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be assisting teachers in delivering the curriculum and supporting pupils to access learning. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and creative and will be able to support pupils across the curriculum. Although previous experience is desirable, training and support will be provided to those individuals who can demonstrate the necessary commitment, patience, and resilience to succeed in this challenging but extremely rewarding role.

This position offers Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm, for the academic year.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent position

Salary Range: £20, £22,275 per year
