We now have openings within Finance Operations who are responsible for accurate processing and recording of all financial transactions associated with our clients.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be working as part of a team providing transactional support on a range of processing tasks this could Accounts Payable, Expenses, or Accounts Receivable, payment processing and escalation to ensure payments can be made to our Govt clients to meet their high expectations.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Handling high volumes of transactions, working to tight deadlines and working well under pressure
  • Taking ownership by investigating and accurately resolving payment queries from suppliers and our clients
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in our processes, procedures and controls to deliver efficiencies and service enhancement
  • Handling reports supporting the daily escalation process
  • Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, providing excellent customer service

To do this role well you will:

  • Be educated to GSCE level including English and Maths or equivalent
  • Experience working in a finance environment or an interest in doing so
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • First class written and oral communication skills
