We have a great opportunity for a personal assistant/carer to join a small team that support a young man with complex needs to live independently in his own home in Winsford

Duties Include:

· Support with personal care

· Support employer at his day centre

· Preparing meals and support with feeding

· Help with giving medication

· Support employer to go on days out in the community

· Support and supervision to ensure employers safety

· Ability to drive is preferred but not essential

Full training will be provided.

References and DBS check required (can be arranged and paid by employer if on the update service)

9hours – 13hours per week; mainly evening shifts with possible morning shift

Agreed overtime will include night shifts after successful completion of probationary period.

Hourly pay rate starts from £12.50 per hour, to be increased following successful completion of probationary period.
