Senior Early Years Educator

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to lead and inspire in our Storrington nursery. Your role will involve:

  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
  • Encouraging curiosity, exploration, and creativity to foster each child's development.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to help grow our nursery into a truly fascinating and inspiring setting.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive community.
  • Supporting the implementation of our vision for outstanding early years education.

What We're Looking For

  • A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in a leadership or senior role within a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for child development, with the creativity and drive to inspire young learners.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative work environment.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding care and education.
