Are you a driven professional seeking to make an impact in helping customers to move into their new home within the West Midlands.
Position: Senior Lettings Advisor – 6 month Fixed term contract (if you are an internal candidate you will need to request permission for a Secondment)
Salary: £36,149 per annum
Location: Mobile Worker, covering Birmingham, Worcester and Hereford/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
- Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
- Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
- Maintaining & developing excellent relationship with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
- Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in the housing sector
- Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
- Ensuring that empty properties are let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets
