G.R. Labels Ltd is a well-established, family-run signage and graphics manufacturer based in Oldham, with over 30 years of experience serving clients across Greater Manchester and the North West. We specialise in producing and installing high-quality signs, shop fronts, labels, vehicle graphics, and display signage for a wide range of commercial customers.

We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service — and we're looking for a skilled Sign & Graphics Fitter to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Sign & Graphics Fitter, you'll be responsible for the installation of a variety of signage and graphics both in-house and on-site. You'll work on everything from vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics to fascia signs, shop fronts, and bespoke installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install internal and external signage, graphics, and displays.
  • Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, walls, and windows.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and vinyl application equipment.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Work both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Represent G.R. Labels professionally when working on customer premises.

About You

We're looking for someone who is practical, motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience fitting signs or vinyl graphics.
  • Good knowledge of materials, fixings, and installation methods.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working at height when required.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • CSCS card or IPAF certification.
  • Experience with wide-format printing or sign production.
