Wealth Proposition Manager

This role will manage key areas of the Openwork Wealth Proposition Management function to ensure products and services offered to clients are developed and managed effectively, aligned to corporate strategy and high standards of governance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Operational management and delivery of key areas of the Wealth Proposition to provide control and oversight of proposition development and management.
• Own the relationship management of all Wealth proposition product providers. Ensuring there is a suitable relationship governance framework in place to monitor and evaluate the performance of the provider.
• Bring forward new product development ideas and other opportunities with providers that will enhance the Wealth Proposition and drive great outcomes for advisers and their clients.
• Undertake due-diligence and commercial negotiations.
• Undertaking proposition reviews for Wealth products, owning the actions and seeing them through the appropriate governance committees.
• Undertake research activity across the industry's products for wealth, competitors, consumers and our own data to inform proposition development.
• Ensuring Wealth proposition content on Adviser and Colleague intranets is up to date and accessible.
• Drafting relevant communications for advisers and colleagues
• Liaison with members of the proposition governance, platform, and marketing teams, other business areas, and advisers as necessary
• Adviser and colleague enquiry handling

• Established experience in financial services products or a marketing management role
• Knowledge of the types of products offered by Openwork and the financial advice market it operates in
• Professional financial services qualification or willingness to achieve Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Plannin
• Positive, resourceful and self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously, with a strong "can do" attitude
