Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Administrator and become the backbone of our efficient logistics operations In this vital role, you will oversee inventory control, coordinate warehouse distribution, and streamline processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties

  • Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accurate stock records and timely replenishments
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations, verifying inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, optimizing space utilization and materials handling procedures for efficiency
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including team management, scheduling, training on OSHA safety standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce errors, and increase overall productivity in warehouse operations
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge and forklift certification to assist with heavy lifting and materials handling tasks safely
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, cycle counts, audits, and compliance with safety regulations

Skills

  • Strong expertise in inventory management, inventory control, and logistics coordination
  • Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling equipment, and heavy lifting techniques
  • Effective team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanical aptitude with forklift operation certification preferred; familiarity with OSHA safety standards essential
  • Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or similar high-volume warehouses is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and implementing process improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,347.48 per year
